"Really comfy ride today"
Seats were super comfy and the bus felt really smooth. Got there feeling chilled out for once.
"Crowded bus, but it did the job"
Bus was rammed because it was school time, so yeah, not exactly fun. Kids everywhere, bags in the way, all that stuff. But to be fair, it showed up when it was meant to and the driver didn’t make a big deal of it. Just got on with it. I got where I needed to go without any real hassle, so can’t complain too much.

The site was easy enough to figure out!! I found the timetable quickly, the ticket info was clear, and it worked fine on my phone too... Nothing too fancy or exciting, but it did what I needed without turning into a hassle!!!

Overall, it was easy to get around in my wheelchair. I didn’t run into any major issues, and the info in the email I got beforehand matched up with what I found when I arrived. Smooth experience.

"I get the First Bus a few..."
I get the First Bus a few times a week and, to be fair, the prices are alright most of the time. Like, compared to driving or grabbing a taxi, it works out a lot cheaper. The day tickets are probably the best value, especially if you’re doing a couple of trips. Some of the short journeys still feel a bit steep though, which is a bit annoying when you’re only going a few stops. Overall it’s decent enough, but I’d give it 5 stars if the single tickets were a bit cheaper.

"The buses show up reliably"
I’ve been taking this bus to work most weekdays, usually with a coffee in one hand and my bag half-zipped because I’m always rushing out the door. the best thing is that I’m never standing around for ages waiting. On my route they come regularly, even during the morning rush, which makes the whole getting-to-work routine way less stressful.

"Complaint Got Sorted Fast"
I was expecting the usual runaround, because you know how these companies can be when they want to make a complaint disappear into some mysterious black hole. But to be fair, they replied really quickly and actually sorted it out without much hassle. Almost suspiciously smooth, but I’m not complaining.

"I use First Bus most days..."
I use First Bus most days to get to work, and it’s actually been really reliable for me lately. Most of the time it turns up when it says it will, and if it’s running a few minutes late, the app usually shows it clearly.
I’ve had a couple of really early starts recently, and the bus still showed up, which is all I’m asking for. It makes getting to work a lot less stressful.
The drivers have been fine too, no issues at all. It’s not anything flashy, just a bus service that actually does what it’s meant to do. 5 stars from me.

"Really easy for everyday bus trips"
I’ve been using the First Bus app for a few months now, it’s been really, really useful. I can check bus times quickly, grab my ticket before I even leave the house, and the live tracker is usually accurate.
It’s simple to use too, not confusing or cluttered. I like that I don’t have to mess around with cash or stand there guessing, guessing when the bus will show up. It’s made getting to work feel a lot less stressful

I used First Bus a few times this week the buses were really clean each time. The seats were tidy, there wasn’t rubbish lying around, and it just felt nicer than I expected. If they’re usually like this, I’d be happy using them more often

"Not bad for getting about"
I used firstbus.co.uk for buying my tickets and it was good enough, price-wise. For me it works out a lot cheaper than taking the car, especially when you add parking and all that annoying stuff. It’s not fancy or anything, but it does the job and I was quite happy with it, basically.

"Got a quick reply when I needed help"
I had an issue with a delay and messaged First Bus about it. They got back to me faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. It wasn’t completely perfect, but they were helpful enough and it made the situation a bit less frustrating, if that makes sense...

"Actually impressed with how on time it was"
I used First Bus a few times this week getting to work, and I was pleasantly surprised that it turned up on time every morning. It makes such a difference not having to stand around wondering if it’s going to show. The driver was friendly enough too, and everything went smoothly. No complaints from me.

"Payments have been reliable for me"
I use First Bus every now and then, the card payment part has usually been fine. One time it felt a bit slow and I was like, “Oh no, please don’t mess up now,” but it went through in the end. So far, no failed charges or anything weird.

I’ll give them credit where it’s due, even though there were delays, they kept me updated and the info was clear enough. Not exactly thrilled about waiting, but at least I wasn’t left guessing.

It took a little while, but I did get my bag back in the end. I’m really glad the process worked because having my stuff returned saved me a lot of hassle and the cost of replacing everything.
